Creating an online learning environment

Last semester I taught online for the first time. Online learning is clearly one of the biggest trends in higher education. While it does not present itself as the optimum medium for the kinds of hands on teaching and learning we do in the Humanities classroom, there are many ways you can use platforms like Moodle to create a classroom environment that is dynamic and collaborative.
